Malin Akerman

  Malin Maria, born on May 12, 1978, is an American and Swedish actor. She played small roles in films and on television both in American as well as Canadian productions like The Utopian Society (2003), Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle (2004). After playing a supporting character on HBO's mockumentary show The Comeback (2005) she was offered her first lead part in romantic comedy films 27 Dresses (2008) and The Heartbreak Kid (2006). Uncredited, she played the role in The Invasion (2007) in the science fiction film. She played Silk Spectre II in Watchmen (2009) and was nominated for the Saturn Award.
